Our story is not what happens to us. It is what we make of what happens to us. As women, we have different interpretations of our story in the working world and are constantly tested. We are, in fact, our toughest critics.

  • What would be the top three skills for a woman working in a male dominated environment?
  • What pitfalls are out there to be aware of?
  • What principles are best to keep in mind as we author our "new" story?
Katie shares her insights in working with women for 21 years. Including highlights from her book "Skirt Strategies: 249 Success Tips for Women in Leadership".

Katie has a BS in Electircal Engineering, is a certified Leadership Coach and Credentialed as a New Life Story Coach, as well as a Six Sigma Green Belt. She began her technical career in the defense sector, including working at the Kansas City Plant in the mid 1980's.
