EXHIB-IT! Open House Grand Opening is Sure to be the Biggest Networking Event This Summer

When Founder/CEO of EXHIB-IT! Tradeshow Marketing Experts, DJ Heckes puts on an event, she does it to bring people together in the spirit of accelerating business in the community. Her own company’s grand opening is no different. Heckes has rallied support and participation from nearly every major networking organization in Albuquerque and neighboring cities.

“I made a name for myself by actively contributing to numerous organizations that are focused on building our community socially and economically. Imagine what can happen when all these power houses get together under one roof!” says Heckes with a grin.

EXHIB-IT!’s Grand Opening will be held Thursday, June 12th from 5 pm to 8:00 pm at her new location, 6207 Pan American Freeway NE. Over 200 are expected to attend. There will be a joint ribbon cutting at 5:30 facilitated by three chambers of commerce, the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce, the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce and the Rio Rancho Chamber of Commerce. There will be complimentary food, a cash bar, live music, and door prizes to complete the festivities.
Audrey Anderson, Marketing Manager for EXHIB-IT! says, “The grand opening is more than just a celebration about our company and our company’s growth. It’s really about what each organization in attendance has done to facilitate growth and synergy for every business.”

Members of five chambers, including Albuquerque Economic Development, Albuquerque Convention and Visitors Bureau, NAWBO, Women in Communication, New Mexico American Marketing Association, MADD, Susan G. Komen for the Cure and others are coming together to make this event one of Albuquerque’s proudest.
Raising the bar is not new to DJ Heckes. This networking and marketing champion has become famous among New Mexico’s business community for winning numerous awards, such as SBA 2007 Small Business Person of the Year for the State of New Mexico. She first earned the national spotlight in 2006 when she led the New Mexico Chapter of the American Marketing Association to first place recognition at the American Marketing Association National Summit and was recently named a 2008 Enterprising Woman of the Year by Enterprising Woman Magazine. Clearly Heckes understands what it takes to win at business.
