Table Throws and Table Cloths

Many people contact EXHIB-IT!  looking for a “tablecloth” or “table drape” for their next trade show or event.  Table top displays are prominent at health fairs and smaller conventions, and exhibitors ought to take advantage of every branding opportunity.  Replace the “dead space” of a plain table throw with your company logo! 

Use this information as a helpful guide when ordering your new logo table throw.

Size:  Table throws come in standard sizes for 6’ or 8’ tables, as these are the most common at trade shows.  Convertible throws are also available to fit multiple table sizes.  For the larger size a convertible throw will drape over the table, on a smaller table the throw will appear fitted.

Full or Economy?  A full throw will reach the floor on the back side of the table whereas an economy throw only falls about half way down the backside of the table.  The price difference is nominal ranging an average of $40.00 per throw. 

We  always recommend investing in a full throw so that you have a back up option if something should happen to the front of your throw at a show.  *We all know that accidents happen.

Your Logo.  This is the determining factor in which print will work best for your company. 

For logos that are text only a Perma Logo Table Throw is most common.  Vinyl letters are computer cut and transferred at high temperatures to the tablecloth, many vinyl colors are available.  The vinyl should be warranted against peeling, cracking or fading. 

For a multiple colors or a logo with an image a Dye Sublimated Applique Table Throw is recommended.  Your image is printed and profile cut then permanently adhered to the tablecloth with industrial fabric adhesive.

To take advantage of a graphic printed to the entire throw look at a Dye Sublimated Throw, in which graphics can be printed to the entire throw or just the front.

Table Runners are also available. This is a perfect option for those who already have an unprinted throw, need to cover a logo on an existing throw, or like the versatility of a low cost alternative to a printed throw.  Runners are available in a Perma logo, dye sub appliqué or fully dye sublimated print options. 

The most important thing to keep in mind is that branding is everything; you want people to easily recognize who you are and to remember you.  Whether you have a display on top of the table and more importantly if you don’t, a table throw is the perfect opportunity for people to get a good look at YOUR logo.
