EXHIB-IT! offers three levels of  Trade Show Partnership to make the experience rewarding and hassle free for you and your exhibitors. 

Level One:

Show Promotion:
• Exhibition details included in the EXHIB-IT.com event calendar
• Exhibition details included in the monthly e-newsletter  (circulation over 4000 prospects)
• Display and Distribution of tickets, announcements and marketing material through our showroom
• Mention of your show at EXHIB-IT! seminars and training sessions

Shipping and Storage Coordination:
• Dealer rates and discounts for your exhibitors who coordinate shipping through EXHIB-IT!
• Storage of Exhibitor displays at savings of up to 50% over additional drayage costs when shipped directly to the exhibit hall 
Reduced Set up and Take Down Rates for all Exhibitors:  
• $55 Installation and Dismantle fees for 10ft pop ups or smaller displays
• Deeply discounted rates for I&D of truss or custom exhibits
Exhibitor Rental Discounts:
• 10% off on all rental displays or accessories from EXHIB-IT! for the duration of your event
Pre-Show Events:
• 1 FREE EXHIB-IT! Tradeshow Marketing Experts pre-show training for all exhibitors including:
• Pre-show promotion
• At-show strategy
• Post show follow up

VALUE: $3000
COST:  In exchange for these services, EXHIB-IT! Will receive one 10x10 booth space to exhibit at your show.   We will be listed as a show sponsor and our logo will be included on all show promotion materials and websites plus our website will be back-linked through show website. Continental Breakfast items for pre-show training to be provided by the show sponsor. 
 
 

Level Two:

• EXHIB-IT! will actively recruit exhibitors for your event by:
o Visiting with targeted business owners
o Distributing promotional materials to local businesses and networking events
