Q. How can I have my trade show display repaired?
A. EXHIB-IT! repairs and refurbishes all makes and models of exhibits and accessories. Contact our Client Services Department at 505-828-0574.

Q.  How much will my repair cost?
A.  EXHIB-IT! offers free diagnostics for display repairs.  You will be provided an  estimate including the cost of display parts and labor.

Q.  How can I rent a display?
A.  EXHIB-IT!  has a wide inventory of rental displays many of which are available to view online.  Call us at 505-828-0574 to discuss your specific trade show booth needs, and we will prepare an estimate for your review. 

Q.  How do I reserve a rental display?
A. When EXHIB-IT! receives a signed copy of your rental estimate and payment in full, your rental trade show display will be reserved.

Q.  What if I decide to purchase a display after I’ve rented?
A.  You will receive 100% credit of your rental price toward the purchase of the same (or greater) display for 30 days following your display rental.

Q.  How should I store my trade show display?
A.  Your exhibit should be packed properly and stored in a climate controlled environment.  Make certain to avoid extreme temperatures in the storage environment as they cause damage to your trade show display.  (avoid garages and outdoor storage sheds)

Q. Does EXHIB-IT!  provide Storage?
A. Yes. EXHIB-IT! Client Services offers climate controlled storage at very affordable rates.  

Q.  How do I secure installation and dismantle of my booth at a trade show?
A.  EXHIB-IT! offers show services including I&D services, and scheduling of other services such as electricity, labor, riggers etc.

Q.  How should I handle shipping my display system?
A.  EXHIB-IT! will handle shipping of your booth and accessories.  Because we handle shipping of exhibits in high volume we are able to secure deep discounts from national shipping companies.  You can be assured that we will find you the best way to ship your display and handle the shipping details.

Q.  How do I keep track of my display items?
A.  EXHIB-IT! offers online show management for storage and service clients.  ExhibitForce is a great option when you want to stay on top of your trade show strategy.
